Hello MID Fam!
I thought I would share with you this week, one of my favorite morning routine quick blast workouts. It’s a great way to get your heart rate going and your muscles working. Below is your workout guide and a short video of each exercise. I’ve also just started using Bala Bangles ankle and wrist weights, which are great and add a little bit more of a challenge.
